Dear Goodman Glass Company,

My house was broken into on Monday. I called every glass company in the phone book for someone that could come out and give me an estimate to replace my atrium door glass. Your company was the only one that called me back the same day and said you could send someone to measure my door for the replacement glass the very next day.

The companies that finally called me back a day or two later said they couldn't send someone until the end of the week. Not a very pleasant thought when sitting home at night with just a board across my door.

I want to thank everyone at your company that I spoke with...it was so nice to speak to a real person every time I called and not voice mail. Today, I had contracted to have windows put in my house. The technicians who were sent from Goodman's were Jeff and Lamont. This is the second time that they have done installations at my residence. Both times, I was impressed with the professional attitude that they displayed and the kind of attention and detail given to each element of the tasking.

I would recommend them to any household and I look forward to the next time that they assist me and my family in future renovations.
